Welcome to BNBU
Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU), jointly established by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University in 2005, is the first full-scale cooperation in higher education between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, and the first innovative liberal arts university in the Chinese mainland. It is also a member of the Guangdong high-level university development plan.
Educational Philosophy
BNBU is the first modern university in China that upholds a liberal arts education. A liberal arts education is student-centred and cultivates open-minded, well-rounded talents, enabling students to really dig into their academic field of expertise with an interdisciplinary approach.
